PROCESSING & SHIPPING 

We usually take 10-12 working days to process and ship your orders, be it customised or a non customised product.
Our warehouse operates from Monday-Saturday during standard business hours.

RETURN TO ORIGIN

If in any case, the order is returned back to us due to problem of:

• address insufficient/incomplete
• the wrong phone number provided
• person not found 
• consignee unavailable
• consignee refuses to accept the order

the person will have to pay the courier charges again for re-shipping. If a customer fails to pay the shipping amount then the product will not be dispatched.

TRACKING NOTIFICATIONS

Once orders are shipped/dispatched, customer will receive tracking details through the given email id & contact number by our logistics team from which customers will be able to follow up on their shipments.  

If the shipment is showing delivered and the customer doesn't receive it then contact us within 36 hours of it showing delivered. If one fails to inform us within the stipulated time limit then we can't entertain the complaint.
